Can I mount this horizontally underneath my cabinets rather than vertically on a wall?

Sure. Personally, I think it might be a little more difficult to access the spices from underneath them. At least to see the one in particular that you want to use. Looking at them straight on - on the wall, it's easy to see. I guess it depends on how high the cabinets are and how many jars you have. Just my 2 cents.

Can i buy this to hide money with a magnet?ic stash box? Is this only used for spice jars?

I think if it was a small box it would work just fine. It's rectangle in shape and very thin

Hello! The photo to the left is the photo of the 10x12 plate with 24 small jars. However, yes! The 20x10 plate comfortably fits 24+ large 2.5" jars. Does the middle sink in after filling the sheet with magnetic spice jars?

I used a pretty think layer of Liquid Nails to adhere the thing to the wall in addition to the screws and have had no problems
