Very easy to install and well worth the money (does need space though below sink)
We had a silver faucet that went into an existing sink and it had the old style, large plastic thing (unsure what they're called) to tighten it. I could never get my hands up there to tighten it enough and it always rotated. We got fed up and bought this one. Instead of a large plastic threaded nut to hold it tight, it has a small plate (with part of the side cut out so you can squeeze it onto the faucet even after connecting up the pipes) and another plate with screws in it. It's a bit fiddly to start with, but once you have the plates held with one hand, you can use a long handled philips screwdriver to tighten the plate and faucet in place. It's easier that it sounds and it means you can easily tighten it if it ever does get loose. So far, though, it's been well tight and the top moves easily. There is a weight that holds the faucet head in place, so you have to make sure there is a vertical area clear under the sink where the weight can rise and fall. It's a great tap and we love it. Much better than the older styles we are more used to.

fantastic replacement!
The old tap was always hard work to pull out and put back in. We tolerated it because we paid so much money for it. Finally the lever fell out and it was time to replace it. As times are a little hard at the moment I opted for the cheaper version of the same sort of pull out system, although this was described as having a bit more to offer than the expensive one that finally gave out after 3 years only. Well, I received the package earlier than expected even though I chose the no rush delivery earning an extra £1 off of my next applicable purchase. When I opened it and inspected it, I though that it was a little lightweight and was not initially impressed. However, I fitted it in about 20 minutes although its the first one I have ever fitted. Upon testing the pull out hose I was really impressed with the whole system which has 3 settings for use. I am totally satisfied with the product now and the whole family have commented on the ease of use. Once the tap was fitted to the sink it was no longer an issue regarding its weight which was soon forgotten. I give this 10/10 for looks, ease of use and fitting. The supplier lived up to expectations but I expect nothing else from Amazon now.

Well designed
Compared to the last Kitchen sink tap I had to fit, this was an absolute doddle - well thought out design making the assembly and fitting quite straight-forward.A few (very) minor issues, but otherwise extremely pleased; The angle of the head, when fully retracted, tends to splash when in spray mode, so we leave it partly extended.Water flow is partly restricted by the hose, but this may be a benefit to those with high water pressure. The swivel spout isn't very snug in the main body of the tap giving a lower quality feel than it deserves.

Quality tap with good installation instruction
Came well packaged in expanded foam within the box so it seemed very unlikely to be damaged in transit. The instructions are printed on a double-sided sheet of A4 and while small they do contain all the info you need in order to understand how to fit and connect everything. The supplied hoses are a decent length (50cm) and fairly flexible. The main body is nicely finished, the buttons operate smoothly and the extendible hose gives the impression of durability. Took about 30 mins to fit but I'm no plumbing expert.I'm really pleased with the installed tap. We'll see how it lasts but on the basis of the experience so far it's a quality product at a very reasonable price.

Unable to source replacement washer
I bought and installed this tap myself 18 months ago. It's worked OK till I had a dripping pull out spray attachment. It is a nightmare trying to find a replacement washer where the pull out spray head attaches to the pull out hose. I have spent two days searching, both at my local retail outlets and on line and I cant find nobody who stocks this particular washer.Unless I can find a replacement washer I shall have to bin the whole thing and install a tap with standard replacement parts. I understand this is a US product., hence the non standard washer!I have now given up trying to source a washer for the pull out head.I now have another problem, the lever that controls the hot/cold and on/off keeps dripping. This somehow finds its way through the tap fitting to the sink top and then runs inside the base unit and finally onto the kitchen floor. I thought it might be the ceramic cartridge that needed changing but it made no difference. After a short time it leaked with the new cartridge also.I believe the problem lies with the poor design of the tap. After fitting the cartridge the tap lever is pushed back into position and secured with a grub screw. However, no matter how much the grub screw is tightened it still comes loose and starts to leak again. It looks like the tap lever section works loose after using the tap for a while. The design should incorporate a "dimple" for the grub screw to tighten into and prevent it from sliding off.I've had enough. I've decided to write off the £50 I paid for it and get a decent one. Down to one star now!

When fully functioning it's fantastic, but some issues with wear and tear
Had it for 2 years and the nozzle has started leaking and the button for the jet spray broke about a year ago. It would be a fantastic tap if they provided spare buttons and a spare head/nozzle, as it's looks great and when it's fully functional it's a brilliant product.

Great value tap, would recommend
The media could not be loaded. Was easy to fit, hose length can be adjusted, finished in grey and easy to adjust flow, would recommend this tap.
