Absolute Game-Changer for Preventing Chafing
I bought this a couple days ago before a hiking trip, and I honestly wish I had discovered it sooner. Body Glide completely eliminated the chafing I usually get on my inner thighs and underarms, even after hours of walking in hot weather. It goes on smooth, isn’t greasy, and stays put all day without needing reapplication. I also appreciate that it doesn’t have a strong scent or leave any residue on my clothes. Whether you’re running, biking, or just walking around in the summer heat, this stuff really works. Highly recommend for anyone prone to irritation or chafing!

MY HOLY GRAIL!!
i swear by this stuff!! seriously don’t know how i lived without it. i take it with me everywhere i go, especially if i know i’ll be doing a lot of walking or running. i somehow manage to chafe even with leggings on, but not with body glide! i even put it on my belly and it helps my leggings to not slip down. i will never go without this stuff ever again!!

Haven’t found a better anti-chafing/anti-blister solution
I’ve been using this for years and it works great at preventing blisters, hot spots and other undesirable consequences of cloths rubbing on toes, thighs nipples, etc. lasts through the long runs and rides without leaving a greasy mess on your clothes. Haven’t found a better product in 20+ years of distance running and cycling

Goes on and stays
The small container looks like it will not last but it goes on great and seems to be outlasting other items and it works!!

Lifesaver for sand volleyball & summer sweat
Been using this for playing sand volleyball and yeah... it’s kinda a game changer. I was getting sweaty (a lot) and started dealing with chafing in all the worst spots. Between the thighs, underarms, even under the waistband — brutal. This stick goes on smooth, not greasy, and just works. Seriously, I throw it in my bag now and never forget it. No more raw skin after long games in the heat. Don’t wait til it’s too late, just get it. Well worth the money for saving your skin.

Works well!!
Was skeptical if this would work. I run and wear short shorts and my thighs rub. This makes it painless and lasts the whole run (I’m only doing a few miles).

Helps with the fat rash
I have a few autoimmune diseases, and occasionally have to go on steroids. Once on steroids, I blow up like a balloon. Naturally on the skinnier side my whole life, I was horrified to learn that in summer, when it gets hot, my thighs would rub together, and I'd get this horrific chafing rashy awfulness, which I refer to as my fat-rash. I'm not a runner, if I'm running, there's a spider somewhere. If someone ran after me with a chainsaw, I'd honestly only try to get away for about 1/4 mile before giving up and letting them just prune me to death. But needs must, and one can only wear lightweight slacks or shorts for so many occasions, and if I'm going to wear a dress, or skirt, or bathing suit, something had to be done, because no matter what the cause, or how you spin it, a creeping rash on ones inner thighs, just is NOT sexy. Nor is scratching your inner thighs, or feeling you need to explain you're scratching your thighs, not your lady parts. Sigh.Enter "Glide"- I got both this one and the one for women, and I really can't tell the difference. It goes on like deodorant, and sometimes it seems to work great, and other times, not so great. I can't work out what the difference is as to why it sometimes does a great job, and other times allows the dreaded fat-rash to creep back, but it's certainly better than nothing. Moreover, if it's 90* outside, you can be damned sure I'm not stuffing my swollen, steroid riddled body into some $50 spanx. Because I tried that once, and pulled a muscle in my neck, wasting $50 on an elastic full body corset, and requiring muscle relaxants. I couldn't turn my head to the right for about 3 weeks. So, if you've got wobbly bits that rub together causing an uncomfortable rash, even if you're just walking at a sedate pace, and not even considering running, then it's worth giving this a try.
