Can a Motorcycle Helmet fit in this backpack?

I would say yes it has a lot of room but the second compartmet has pice of fabric that stops it bein stretched too far if its not massive helmet it might fit

It says the dimensions are 57 x 37 so no, it won’t fit the cabin requirements.

Most I've had In it, is about 20kg, still felt solid.

Can the hip belt be removed?

No it cannot be removed, but the hip does fold in pretty nicely. I was worried about that too if I’m honest.
