Love these!!!
Absolutely great! The quality is amazing and they are perfect for the potty trainer. Only thing is that they are quite small even on the largest setting.

Works really well as a pull-on diaper (maybe not so much as a trainer)
Despite the mixed reviews on this GroVia trainer, I actually like it. But my personal opinion is that it works well as a pull-on diaper (paired with the organic cotton booster), but maybe not so much as a trainer. After my son turned 2, he wouldn't stay still for us to change a diaper anymore. We decided to try potty training. He learned quite fast and can do very well at home already. For home, we use underwear-like training pants because they are the most comfortable and look like real underwear. But I also wanted to buy something waterproof and with snaps for outings and daycare. I searched extensively and found GroVia, Flip and Super Undies snap-on trainers to meet the criteria.Super Undies worked fine but was not leakproof with 1 insert. We didn't try Flip. GroVia turned out to work really well for us. My son hates diaper changes but wouldn't mind us putting the GroVia trainer on him (he's fine with pull-ons in general). So now it's easy to change him anywhere. And with the organic cotton boosters, the trainer can absorb one full pee and works like a pull-on cloth diaper. However, I'm not sure how helpful it is for potty training because my son hasn't succeeded outside of home yet. He always pees in it and tells us afterwards. I am glad the GroVia trainer provides the protection we need but also think that the diaper-like feel may be the reason why my son feels comfortable peeing in.In general, here are the pros and cons I observe:Pros:- very absorbent with 1 organic cotton insert (still has some absorbency without the insert but would leak a little bit that way)- snaps are convenient for #2 accidentsCons:- a bit tight (ok for my son but he's small at 24 lbs), wouldn't be very easy to pull up and down for bigger kids- the layer touching the skin is not made of natural fabricIn short, this can work well as a pull-on diaper if your kid resists lying down for diaper changing, or as an outing solution during the potty training phase. I wouldn't recommend this for potty training at home. (Instead, the underwear-like training pants such as Imse Vimse and Blueberry work really well for home.)

TOO SMALL EVEN WITH XL SIDE PANELS + but still better than flip/blueberry/antsy pants
bought these for my son at 18 mo - and they were way too tight even with the extra extension panels I bought. My son is now 2.5yr old and tall and skinny panels fit well enough to pull up and down but the diaper still leave red marks on his butt and hips ( the snapping section on the side is just to thick and hard and he hates them because they hurt he says. He is 31lbs and almost as tall as his 4yr old sister not a chunky kid!! I have tried antsy pants, flip trainers and blueberry trainers. Antsy pants don't have soft side panels leaves indentions from the threading, don't lay flat and leak, flip trainers don't have a hidden soaker so it tends to curl and fold and cause leaks. Blueberry trainers are cool but not very absorbent they only hold SMALL accidents… my daughter and son have both tried them but even though it would prevent puddles from walmart's floor it still soaked through enough to get their pants wet and still have to change. So this one still beats those in my opinion it is still my go to trainer when I take him out in public for short periods of time since it gets uncomfortable for him it is the best at absorbency and easy cleaning etc. this works good at naps and holding an accident or two but I have to use a flip insert at night but its still not too bulky and works better than putting a diaper on him (because he likes the huggies/pampers pull ups) so it keeps him motivated and not regress back to just liking his pull ups :)

These are perfect
We love our GroVia Trainers! My 26 month old (30 lbs) potty trained son wears it during nap and bedtime. He is dry most of the time, but if he does have an accident, the GroVia catches everything so there are no leaks. My days of stripping the bed and washing all the sheets and blankets are over :DBesides not having to deal with leaks, I also love the fact that they are SUPER easy to pull up and pull down when he gets up to go potty in the middle of the night. And they are very soft, inside and out.

This is a great product! I've been looking really hard for cloth ...
This is a great product! I've been looking really hard for cloth pull-ups that don't leak and here it is. The elastic sides make it so that it fits my very tall 2 year old, and she can still push them down and pull them up. I appreciate the snaps because there are times when we put her panties on over the pull-ups (to keep her used to the idea of panties). Her daycare insists on the pull-ups, but she is fine without them at home. So I can just unsnap the pull-ups to get them off quickly so she hangs out in her panties. Also easy to wash and dry! I have these in three colors

Order up a size
Very high quality product and would love it and give it 5 stars except that the size I ordered is too small for my 2 yo. She is 32 lbs and I ordered according to the size chart but it was too tight. I think if I had ordered a size up then I would have no complaints. I also ordered a similar style cloth diaper/pull up/training pant from Ecoable brand and prefer them. The sizing was accurate and they included an insert which these Grovia do not. However, I do think the Grovia are much higher quality and I like how they can be removed with snaps in the front and back.

AMAZING!
My son is starting to shows signs of readiness for potty training. I have clothed diapered him since birth and Grovia is by far the best cloth diaper brand, in my opinion. Love that the trainer diaper is truly a diaper but offers more independence with buildable absorbancy. Great for children who need overnight protection.

good trainers
My daughter is 3 and weighs 32 pounds and these fit perfectly even with doublers (we only need them overnight as she's daytime trained). I use 2 newborn doublers from mother ease diapers and they work perfectly for overnight.

Good absorbency for overnight accidents
Would give it 5 stars if it was possible to purchase with the bigger side snaps rather than have to buy the small size then also buy the bigger sides. Even with the larger sides it fits small (snug for 34lbs daughter). Good absorbency for overnight accidents.

Much to my disappointment - the fit of these trainers are awful!
We bought these for our smaller then average son for potty training... unfortunately these trainers fit horrible! the snaps would dig into his skin regardless of the size adjustment. A previous reviewer said it best - they are like sumo underpants and require a good 2 inches of additional fabric in the back (and frankly my children have tiny tushies, I cant imagine a larger child)In theory they would be awesome, in reality the fit is what is drawing this product back bc otherwise they are great!

Liked the design, did not last
We did not use it that much. After maybe 10 washes, we noticed the hemp/cotton absorbing layer was separating at the seams. For the price paid, it should last a lot longer. The elastic was on the tight side.
