Powerful, Lightweight, and Surprisingly Quiet — A Cleaning Pro’s Best Friend
The Atrix HEPA Backpack Vacuum has completely changed the way I clean—especially in tight or high-traffic areas. As someone who regularly tackles stairs, office spaces, and commercial jobs, this backpack-style vacuum is a game changer.First off, it’s lightweight and very comfortable to wear. The padded shoulder and waist straps help distribute the weight, so it doesn’t strain your back, even after extended use. It takes a couple of uses to adjust to having a vacuum on your back, but once you do, it’s far more efficient than dragging around a bulky upright or canister.Suction power is impressive for its size—plenty strong for dust, dirt, pet hair, and even fine debris like drywall dust. The included attachments are super versatile, letting me clean blinds, vents, baseboards, and even car interiors. And because it uses HEPA filtration, it traps allergens and fine dust, making it great for homes with pets or allergy sufferers. It’s also quieter than expected—a huge plus when working in shared spaces or during business hours.

BEST BANG FOR YOUR BUCK!
I've owned this vacuum for over six years and recently bought this one for a friend of mine. I used to clean commercial buildings and personal homes as my full time job and used many, MANY different vacuums and this one HANDS DOWN is the best I've ever used. It's got great suction that picks up everything. It's easy to unclog IF it becomes clogged. The additional pieces and accessories work for ALL areas of the home. It's maneuverable and easy to get everywhere because of the back-pack style. Works great and easy for stairs. Since it only has the two foot cord and you use an extention cord, I don't have to look for a new outlet every ten minutes. I'm cheap, so I empty the bags and reuse them at least three times.Hands down, the best vacuum for your money. Mine is starting to get worn and broken in places after YEARS of abuse, but I will be buying another one of these for myself without looking elsewhere, no questions asked.

Still Going Strong After a Year – Great Vacuum with One Flaw
I’ve had this backpack vacuum for about a year now and it’s been a solid investment. It’s lightweight and super easy to carry around, which makes cleaning large areas or stairs way less of a hassle. The suction is still powerful after a year of use, and everything feels durable—no frayed wires, nothing broken (except one thing, which I’ll get to).I really like the retractable hose—it gives good reach and stores neatly. The only issue I had was with the rolling head attachment, which broke within the first couple of months. That was a bit of a letdown, but the vacuum itself still works great without it.Overall, if you’re looking for a reliable, lightweight backpack vacuum with strong suction, this one’s a great choice. Just be aware the attachments might not be as tough as the vacuum itself.

Great suction
Im very impressed with this vacuum so far,the suction is so strong, my only negative is the short cord,i don't mind using an extension but I do accidentally unplug it quite often by stepping on the extension cord, which of course unplug it,overall great vacuum and so handy

Amazing value for the price. Backpack is a game changer.
Best vacuum ever! It works great - very powerful for a great price, comes with pretty much any attachment you'll ever need, and being able to carry it on your back makdes the job way faster. No more dragging the cannister and having to kick it out of your way and no more crashing into furniture with it. You need an extension cord, because it only has a short cord, but you can buy whatever length you need. Price is amazing compared to other backpack models and I don't see how any of those would do hundreds of dollars better of a job. Super happy with my choice on this one.

I like the convenience but I hate it more and wish I would’ve returned it.
Pros- It’s super convenient having the backpack and it does a good enough job on solid floors. Cons- literally everything else. The attachment arm constantly falls off when using it. It is the most frustrating thing ever and makes me want to smash it! I have to hold the stick part of it because it is absolutely pointless to hold the handle, it will fall off every 10 seconds… literally every f****** 10’seconds. The brush attachment moves around in circles so much you have to go over the area (desk, dresser, chair etc) multiple times to get the spots it missed because it just flips around in circles. The carpet attachment doesn't do anything really. I tried for about 2 minutes, different angles and pressure to suck it up just a little piece of leaf and it did nothing. I’m not even sure how this is justified as a carpet attachment, it’s Pretty much useless. The attachments in the holster fall out every time i bend over, of even just move, so I don’t even bother putting them in anymore. The floor attachment…. Careful, this will 100% scratch your floors depending on what flooring you have. Overall this was a huge disappointment, I hate this thing and I wish I would’ve returned after the first use but I thought I’d just get used to it. If you’ve read this far and still considering buying one I’ll sell you mine for $100, you pay shipping. If this is what professionals are using to clean rugs and carpets I’d be pretty upset as a client.

Broke in less than a year of use
It started off pretty good. The suction was strong. The belt doesn’t Velcro on very well so the vacuum shifts around on your back. The suction decreased after about a month, but was still good. The carpet cleaning brush is for low carpets and doesn’t have a strong turning brushI’ve owned this vacuum since April of this year and while the suctioning is still working, the vacuums carpet attachment does not spin around anymore when it’s attached and I cannot use the vacuum on carpet at all.I did buy this for $10 cheaper than brand new. I bought a returned vacuum, so maybe that was why it broke so quickly. Also, be aware that if you bump the walls in any tight spaces that the vacuum will leave, black marks pretty easily if it rubs on anything.I gave three stars because it didn’t even last year.
