Great comfort and price!
I caught this chair on sale. I was hunting for a chair that resembles office chairs I've used in the past. This mesh feels very strong, and gives a lot of support. The look is sleek and clean, it provides great long-sitting comfort. I bought some of those roller-blade style wheels and it rolls amazing with them. I loved this chair so much, I bought two more for family. All three have held up for a long time, and have grown with kids. The headrest is adjustable, which is a nice bonus for the little ones as they get taller. I highly recommend this for work-at-home, or even lounging in for a few hours after a long days work, while you're taking care of business.

Not perfect! But definitely close enough, especially at this awesome price.
I selected this chair for its open mesh seat, simply because I'm tired of butt-sweats. 'Nuf said. All the other office chairs with this construction were more expensive, many having flaws I wanted to avoid, with the only good competition being around double the price of this chair. So I ordered it, with more than a little fear that this price was 'too good to be true" for a chair like this.My chair arrived yesterday, and I had it assembled and clean-up done in half an hour. It is exactly as described, though the description couldn't possible convey all the "little things" that become evident after sitting in it for a while. Not surprisingly, whatever that thing is behind the lower back has nothing to do with lumbar support: It is impossible for it to touch the fabric no matter how hard you lean into it. Which isn't at all a bad thing! The back of the chair is wonderfully curved, and has no need for additional lumbar support. My only complaint is I see no straightforward way to remove it: The chair would look better without it, and maybe it could be sold slightly cheaper as well.Speaking of wasted plastic, what's with that coat hanger on the back? It is part of the mount for the headrest, so it can't be left out during assembly. Could be an opportunity to save another buck. Then again, what if that's not what it is? Could it be push handles for Office Jousting? Will have to give that a try right after COVID ends. There are other minor nits to pick, such as the arm rests not being adjustable forward. But I knew that before I bought it, and I think I can live without that feature.I was also surprised to find the seat can't tilt, not even by adjusting the screws during assembly. But after sitting in it, I learned this tilt wasn't necessary: The seat mesh yields in just the right way to make that adjustment unnecessary, for me at least. Finally, there is just one real flaw that irks me: The back doesn't go completely vertical, which is important for me to be comfortable at a keyboard. I mean, who needs a chair that can recline that far back? Give me more vertical instead!Fortunately, I own a 3D printer can can design and print mounting wedges to fix this. May need to get longer bolts too, which is easy enough. But if you need a chair with a back that can go truly vertical, this chair may not be for you. However, the gas lifter is just right: The chair being replaced could never go quite high enough for me. This one does! The castors, while inexpensive, are wide enough to not dig deeply into carpet, another improvement over my old chair. The mesh material in the seat and back is everything I hoped it would be.Overall, this is a fantastic chair punching way above its price class, even allowing for the minor fix I'll be doing. To address the other minor issues mentioned above you'd have to spend at least an additional 50%, more likely double.

Great quality for the price.
Came out great. Super comfortable and sturdy. Better than a few 200-300 dollar chairs I've bought.

Quality made but with one big flaw....
Update: I had decided to buy a separate lumbar support pillow to work with this chair to make it comfortable and supportive. Just keep in mind you may need to do so if you require this type of support.Original: I do not typically like to leave negativity in my reviews for products. Overall I would say this chair is a good chair. The only issue is that I was looking for an office chair that would offer me a decent amount of lumbar support. In the pictures, it does look like this chair will do that. Although in reality, the part that serves as the “passive lumbar support” does not even l touch your back when you sit down as others have mentioned here. In fact, there is about two inches worth of room between your back and the lumbar support. I contacted the seller and even sent pictures, and they just kept telling me I can adjust the lumbar support up and down as needed. Which, as you can imagine, does nothing.I am torn as to whether I would like to return this product because as others have mentioned in their reviews it’s not the easiest thing to put together. In addition, the rest of the actual chair itself is pretty comfortable and well made. In order to get around the lack of lumbar support, I was able to stuff a small pillow in between the back of the chair and where the lumbar support is supposed to be. I am going to see if this works for a few days, and if not this product will be going back. It would be nice if the sellers would try to sympathize with the buyers a little bit when a product is not what they are advertising it to be.
