I got this book for my 6th grader to practice during the summer. Great book with great sources. The book is divided into weekly and daily sections. It is perfect for planning and staying within a schedule. Clear presentation of the material allowed me to see the areas where we need to spend more time and refresh the material.

Great book

The sixth grade math textbooks are great. They help prepare me for tests and they are great for getting FURTHER knowledge. They show video tutorials online if a child doesn't understand. I think that's a perfect attachment. Thank you for your business

I wouldn’t buy this text book if you’re looking for a extensive review and lots of practice. It gives a page worth (about six questions) of review and then moves on to different types of math for every other page. It’s good for a kid who knows the information already and is brushing up. I purchased a review math book for more practice and I’ll use this one for testing. The best thing about it is that it has videos that you can watch online which consist of an actual teacher following through on each problem.

Don’t get if using without “prior knowledge” (ie. Teacher) on how to:1. read/decider the organization of the book2. use the confused layout3. apply to the best of your abilities what needs to be learned in sequence4. flip around to get said sequence5. Don’t miss a much needed step6. Don’t need index, glossary or table of contents7. Pages must remain in book, you’ll lose a page on the back8. Answer key also starts on the back of worksheet9. Hopefully, you can discern it all!Definitely, don’t follow layout!! Your kids will be out of their league!Day 1 Week 1, can’t be done without doing Day 3 Week 3, for instance, since this teaches the principles to apply to Day 1 Week 1Good luck making this work. If you’re good at finding information without having necessary index and table of contents.

I got this book for my 6th grader who has been struggling with math. We liked the design of the book, the material is neatly divided into weeks and days, which makes it easy to follow on daily basis and not overwhelming even for someone with math anxiety. Each problem is accompanied with a comprehensive video explanation, which my daughter greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend this book.

I definitely recommend this book (Argo Brothers Math Workbook, Grade 6: Common Core Math Multiple Choice, Daily Math Practice, 2017 Edition) for regular math practice. As expected, the contents is well-organized and should help to improve math skills when used as prescribed (i.e. daily).The corresponding "Free Response" workbook would be a good companion.
