Do you make any indicators of this size for Hazard?

Don't know. I wired my hazard flashers through the turn indicator lights (both flash @ same time). Worked fine.

Do these lights have protection from the noisy electrical environment in cars? voltage spikes, etc. leds can be delicate.

Incandescent and LED lights are both affected by electrical surges. Surges will cause wires and components to overheat, melt and lead to short circuits, all of which are destructive to LEDs. Over-driving any diode (except for a zenner diode that is specifically used in the proper circuit as a voltage regulator) will result in failure I do not believe that the Alpinetech LED has built in protection. I am using two Alpinetech LEDs as a signal directional indicator on my refurbished Chinese 1965 Chang Jiang 750cc motorcycle with sidecar. It has a 12 volt alternator, bridge rectifier, electomechanical voltage regulator, dual ignition coils, condenser, points and electromechanical signal flasher. It is 1965 technology and is a very noisy electrical system and has many voltage spikes and the Alpinetech LEDs are working flawlessly. I am very pleased with the Alpinetech LEDs and believe that it should work fine in older cars. Newer cars have far better voltage regulation and noise suppression so I believe the Alpinetech LEDs should be acceptable.
