Where can i get the ruler being used in the video to make the collars? It is not in the set. Thanks!

I purchased the child, woman, and man, very please with the quality and variety of guidelines available. The adult sets have rulers on the bottom of some of the pieces. Go to the seller's store front and look under rulers for "4 Models Fashion Illustration Rulers..." and you will see what I mean. When you receive them they will have a clear plastic on them that peels off easily. Once the clear film is removed very crisp clean lines. I like the feel of it. It isn't super thin but flexible and the edges are thick enough to get you pencil against but not so think that it distorts the image if hold pencil a different way. Very pleased with the 3 sets I purchased. They all also came with a brief sheet on what you can do with them such as add different details.

I received only the stencil (child humanoid) sliced off head in 2, no instructions, no patterns, just the plastic, is this normal ?

It is only one template (for the child) and yes it is plastic. You are to lay the template on paper and trace around edges... Not normal for the head to be separate from body, must of broken in shipping...
