What's the sizing of this bridle (browband, throatlatch, etc)? I'm trying to figure out if this would work for my 15.3 QH lease with a large head.

I have this same bridle and I use it on my QH that a pretty big head am not sure on the dimensions but I think you won’t have any problems with not fitting

Does this headstall have a lot of room for size? I want to use it on my thoroughbred who has a big head/long face. Others wouldn't fit.

Yes it has room for size idk how big you need it I use it on my quarter horse and Ii has room to go bigger
