Using for the first time now.To address some negative reviews because I always read those. Yes, the instructions say to use the entire 8lb bag in one soak. If you don’t feel like over dosing on magnesium (which is hard to do) maybe don’t use 8 lbs of magnesium in one sitting. Should they change that instruction? Sure. Should common sense be used or at least some caution when trying something new to you? Probably.Anyway, a negative review also said that a blog post from 2012 the company released, said that small amount of hydrochloric acid are released when making the product. If you concentrate it into a spray, I imagine that would cause some skin irritation. They say in that blog post specifically NOT to use their product to make a magnesium spray.Take it or leave it. For soaking purposes & not using 8lbs in one sitting, it does the job of relaxing the muscles & relieving minor soreness.

I know magnesium spray has various uses but I saw a video where someone used it to make a deodorant spray with essential oils. That’s why I am using it to avoid the chemicals found in commercial ones and I love it!! It’s natural and doesn’t irritate my skin. It keeps me dry for hours!! I love it!!

Love this salt. It is a bit harder to get out of a salt shaker, it seems to clump. It is a very fine texture.
