I graduated to the Fitbit Charge 3 from a first generation Fitbit that I had for many years. I like it so much, I bought one for my husband to. It’s what I needed to get motivated to move.

Order was for same model I had. That had stopped working correctly. was uncertain at first whether I received charge 3 or 4. Had charge 5 before upon loading said received charge 4, box had charge 3. Over a month ago. I'm very satisfied with my order.

Does not count steps on a walker

The band broke within three weeks and a new band will not work because the piece that broke is where the band connects. Avoid this product at all cost. Fitbit should be ashamed for selling such an inferior product. I will try other options that are not Fitbit products from now on.

Update: i am looking to replace my current fitbit that I've had exactly 1 year because the display on the watch it no longer working. It still tracks steps and sleep which i can sync to my phone to view.Had to return this tracker because it was requiring to be changed every single day, from the day I received it. New tracker is perfect, only requiring to be charged once a week, if that

the only thing that disappoints me is that occasionally the face mode of tapping it to wake it up goes away for no apparent reason. then i have to figure out how to set up that feature. I just want it to stay in that feature. Otherwise, it's good.

Ordered this for Christmas 2020. After 8 months, the updates crashed the fitbit, requiring tech support assistance. The last update (10/ 2021) has caused the fitbit to not work at all.Currently updated on all apps on phone and fitbit... Tech support default response, "just buy a fitbit 5 or 7". How about not purposely crashing models to force upgrades.
