Provides a good boost prior to work-out. Flavor is good when mixed with just water. I mix it pretty strong and do it like a power shot, then drive to gym allowing time for it to get into my system. Quite happy with results. Allows me to perform at slightly higher level aerobically.

comparing this with other brands, is spectacularly effective, do not give the shaking or the feeling like ants are crawling on your skin, flavor is great. only reason I don't give the 5 stars is because it sends you to the bathroom very often after drinking, (#1 in case you're wondering); it gives you a natural sensation of energy, and don't crash you afterwards.

This is a great product so far. I think I’m going to stick with this brand. I can feel it burning my fat. I love the taste. And it’s easy to use. The size is what I expected. It mixes pretty good. If you are sensitive to caffeine please don’t take to much. It helps me run pretty fast and long distances.

Only pre-workout I have found with no mid-day crash. Easy to use, mixes well, quality good!

Good product, decent flavor, the energy it delivers is a little weak and the beta alydine hits a little, maybe I'm just addicted to caffine but it didn't really do the trick. It was on sale, it's decent I'll finish the tub but buy my usual stuff after it's out. No clumping, good value for it's price. Try it if you're on a budget for sure
