What is the thread size? Is it 1/4-20 or is it 3/8-16? Which is it? Please measure.

I just received these wheels and the stem is 1/4" diameter, NOT 3/8" as stated above. So--they do not fit my shelf unit. Too bad this answer was incorrect and manufacturer does not include this vital information. The 1" diameter poles are coming through now with 2 different interior threading. Annoying as heck!

I got these after I read that it fit a whitmore shelving. Perhaps it fits that particular model, but it did not fit my Whitmore Supreme 6054-585 shelf. So bummed...

I dont know about the specs but I ordered these for my laundry cart even though they were made for shelving. They not only fit perfectly, they made my cart much easier to motate with,I love these wheels!!
