Very disappointing! Quill broken...

The hat has nice color. However, the quill is broke about half way and it's only about half as long as the one it the picture. It doesn't extend beyond the brim of the hat. The twirl of the quill is not there. The appearance of the hat is severely diminished without the effect of the quill. Very disappointing!
