If you are searching for a straightforward, easy to follow method of development this is the book. It comes right out of the gate with practical exercises that although they are simple-if applied regularly will give you fantastic results. I am a long time practitioner and I still search for works like these so that I can recommend them to beginners. While I have found a few that come close this is quite literally one of the only books you need to open the third eye, begin working with spiritual and energetic forces, and develop spirituality. Get this book if you have any desire to develop spiritually and/or magically. Absolutely perfect for a beginner and pretty darn good for more experienced practitioners. Great book that provides you a myriad of ways to activate your third eye chakra. Also, keep in mind, the third eye won’t make you a cyclops. It’s not a physical visible anatomical feature. It is in reality an awareness. You’re awareness of the subtle realities of our world are noticed better, your dreams become lucid, and vivid. You also begin to enhance your other abilities like Clairsentience, clairaudience, mediumship abilities, to name a few. That’s because your spiritual awareness is an individual experience, so one’s abilities are always different than another’s. Lastly, don’t expect results immediately. You have to work on your abilities just like everything else. It’s like math, no one is an expert at birth, except geniuses, of course, but again, as I mentioned before, it’s an individual thing and some people attain results according to their awareness. So don’t get upset if you’re not getting results. Just nurture your skills and eventually you’ll get results.

I still find my self reading this over and over again . The info was very interesting and things I didn't know about. Very interesting.

It's a good book, very story.There's not a lot here to read. It a basic overview of the Third eye.

I’ve been hearing about Awakening the Third Eye for a while now and finally decided to grab a copy. Just got it in and I’m really looking forward to diving in. I can already tell this is going to be a powerful and insightful read. Glad I made the purchase.

This is the best guide of its kind. I've been a student of the esoteric for 20 something years and this book brings together all the best practices. Very worthwhile!

Workable instructions, clear and concise with noticeable progression.(I need to make a clarification) most people who find this book, it won't be your first reach into the mediphysical(meditation/metaphysical) and therefore it is when you add this into the mix that noticeable progression is seen. That being said to progress in any endeavor takes dedication and incorporation into daily routine. It has to become part of your life like air and food. Intention and sometimes having a mentor can make a difference, if you don't feel any real progression. The best mentor can be found within but you have to be receptive, open to hear, see or just to know. We don't all have the same gifts and it doesn't come always in the same form. If however you have a human mentor/teacher remember humans or other are not perfect so don't make them the out to be more than they are, a guide until yours shows up.

This book is very straight forward. Gives you all the instructions and practices you need. I learnt from it much more than I expected.
