It's a lot of cereal
Pay attention, this is a huge box! It's enough for a couple months w/ 5 kids eating it every day!

High sodium and high sugar aren't a good mix
I bought these without knowing enough about nutrition, diet, and hormones. Like many other cereals, these will make your body crave more and feel unfulfilled until you've overeaten by a lot. Make your own from scratch at home instead.
