I thoroughly enjoy the KOS Organic Plant Based Protein Powder, Chocolate Peanut Butter -Vegan Protein Powder which is Keto Friendly, Gluten, Dairy & Soy Free. I was looking for a protein powder that was low in calories, carbs and sugar while high in protein while still having a palatable taste. I find it extremely delicious. It contains only 2 g sugar,9 grams of carbs, 2 g fiber, 165 cal, with 20 grams of protein in 2 scoops. I mix it in water, add 1/2 cup almond milk, 1 tspn ground flax seeds, blend and drink. Yum.

Delicious protein drink that kept me satisfied. Smooth and chocolate flavors made it a nice treat. Blends and dissolves easily, I used a shaker and could get the powder mixed easily. Container lasted about a month with me using it daily, definitely a great value for the price. Would recommend and buy again.

I was on the hunt for a new plant-based protein powder and wanted a product that was available in more flavors than chocolate and vanilla, plant-based, no-dairy/soy, no sugar alcohols, and doesn't taste like dirt. I found this one and decided to try the chocolate peanut butter flavor and it did not disappoint! Even though it has stevia in it, it doesn't taste have that funky stevia taste and was very similar tasting to a Reese's peanut butter cup, which is hard to find in a vegan protein. I like that the serving is also 2 scoops - this makes it super easy to make a small snack for <100 calories by just using 1 scoop instead of 2. It also has a bunch of vitamins and other goodies in it, which is an added bonus! Only downside to it is the texture - it's a little gritty if you're just shaking it, but when blended with ice it's not really noticeable and is similar to a frosty.

I was nervous about purchasing this protein shake because I have used several different brands (including muscle milk and slimfast) and I am impressed with the taste. I started looking for an organic shake because I was using Slimfast high protein powder and was concerned with some of the ingredients (cellulose is tree bark btw!). I am a vegetarian and I struggle getting making my daily protein needs. This shake is awesome! All organic ingredients with names I can pronounce and a decent taste. It does have a slightly funky after taste but it did not ruin the shake. I did mix my shake with milk instead of water which is what the directions said. Overall super impressed and I will buy again!

Love this flavor and all the added vitamins make it a great value for the money. This blends easily in a shaker or mini blender. I’m hoping this flavor will be back in stock soon!

This WAS one of my favorite protein powders, until I learned it was toxic and the opposite of a health product. If I could give them zero I would! This company poisons people, doesn't care and has the WORST customer service I've ever encountered. Stay away from KOS!

The ingredients in the KOS powders are superb and I love the taste of their vanilla and their chocolate protein powders, but this Chocolate Peanut Butter falls flat. Instead I prefer combing their Chocolate with real peanut butter or even Almond butter to really kick up the taste of my protein shakes. I won't be purchasing this flavor again.
