Am have this purchases yet it very nice lotion keep my skin very soft high quality lotion

I cannot effectively rate this product as it will not come out of the bottle through the pump. It seems extremely thick, so I am guessing this is why. I tried to get another bottle by returning this one, but the only option I had was to get a refund. I asked for some type of credit since I have to drive to return it, but was told no. The customer service with Amazon has gotten ridiculous. I vowed that I would stop ordering from Amazon and today is the final straw. Goodbye! To all who is interested in this product, do not order it. The pump does not work. I went in the reviews and many people have stated the same!!!!!!!

It works

I gave it 3 stars here is why, shea butter is nice but why put it in a bottle when the pump is useless? Why not put it in a jar where you dip your fingers inside?
