Great product. I love it

I believe this product is having some effect on my body where stress is concerned. However, with regard to joint support, I do not know for sure as to whether this is helping me as when I stretch my feet in bed or just stretching my toes out, I get a cramp like feeling.I would recommend it however, as it is a good supplement.

I have been taking turmeric supplements for a few years now to help with mild arthritis and Carpal Tunnel Syndromes problem as advised by the doctor.They seem to work well as I don't feel a lot of pain in my knee and hands any more. I've previously had a Codeage fermented multivitamin and mineral supplement, which seriously impressed me. This Codeage fermented turmeric supplement is every bit as good. High-quality fermented supplements are expensive but they're worth the extra financial layout. Fermentation increases the bioavailability of vitamins and minerals, resulting in more of them being absorbed. Also, fermented products (in supplement form and in foods such as kefir and sauerkraut) boost beneficial bacteria growth in the gut, which increases these bacteria's ability to manufacture B vitamins and synthesise vitamin K. Turmeric root - specifically curcumin, which contains ultra-beneficial compounds called curcuminoids - has a wide range of health benefits. It is absorbed 2,000% more effectively in the presence of piperine (from black pepper). It's good to see that fermented black pepper is an ingredient of this Codeage supplement. I am a huge fan of turmeric, I have been taking turmeric for well over a year now, with pretty good results. This was the first time I had tried fermented turmeric and found it to be a class above any other I have tried. The added ashwagandha is a great choice, as well as it being a good pain reliever it also helps with anxiety and stress, so you are less tense. Boswellia is also an effective anti-inflammatory, many trials have been carried out with good results, then there’s ginger, again great for pain and also very good for digestive health. I was not familiar with stephania so read up a little on it to find it is a good pain reliever, it is anti-inflammatory, and it removes the heat from swollen joints, also good for edema, respiratory health and good for the heart. So… a fantastic combination. I have arthritis and spinal stenosis so have constant pain. I stopped taking my regular brand and started taking these. After only a week I noticed a good improvement, my knees and my back pain were vastly improved, so good to be able to do more. At 3 a day you get a month’s supply. If I could afford to I would pay the higher price for the relief but sadly I cannot afford to. I do recommend them to anyone who can afford them, as they are amazing.
