Press machine
I really enjoyed my press machine I’ve had it for a while and it’s time to buy another one but it got the job done and we had a great run.. will be looking into getting another one my temperature box burnt out after 3 years of use.. couldn’t find a way to just replace the box so I have to buy another one!!!!

Never again!!
If you want something durable and long-standing, please save your money and invest in a good heat press. I’ve lost so much money and time with this machine. It keeps coming loose and I have to tighten it u. I almost burned myself because the top plate fell unexpectedly. I thought it would be a valuable purchase due to the extras that came with it, but it has just been extras of headaches and sheer frustrations. I’ve only had it a little over a year, but the problems started as soon as I took it out of the box. None of the suggestions given worked. I hope others have had better luck than I have, because at this point I truly feel robbed.

Great customer service
Worked on first shirt when we opened to test it then shortly afterwards wouldn't work correct again. The buzzer for letting you know it's reached temperature is not working, nor going off with timer. The unit is displaying the temperature however there's no way it is correct the prints are not bonding to the shirts. Reached out to customer service, waiting for response and to see if they'll correct these issues.Edited:I will have to say after speaking with customer service and going through troubleshooting steps we have addressed all issues. Honestly have to say very satisfied with how they handled our concerns and remedied the situation.

Fire hazard
I don’t leave reviews often. But I feel this time is I have to. I bought this press because I wanted to upgrade my size. I do multiple shirts weekly and my older smaller needed to be bigger. I didn’t need any of the extra stuff it came with and I absolutely loved that it pulled out. Learned that you have to pull out the bottom tray before you swing it or it will try to tip over. Anyways. I got this press 6 days ago and immediately got started on my orders. The top came off and had to put it back on. Then it wiggles so much that it messes with the timer. You have to tighten the pressure knob every time because it loosens up each time you use it. It does not give even pressure in the corners, as you can see from my photos. The Teflon coating on the top plate is flaking off. But what put the icing on the cake for me to return this was as I was making myself a shirt for in the morning I put the top down, tightened the pressure again. I noticed steam (which is normal) but then it was getting worse. (I haven’t had good smelling abilities for a few years now) but I smelled something burning. I hit the switch to shut it down and then unplugged it really quick. Something inside the top plate was burning. I don’t know what but the smell was so bad you could smell it outside my home. I’ve been using a heat press for years and never had anything like this happen to me before. Be careful if you pick this one. Thankfully I never leave the room while my presses are on. I could have lost everything tonight over this.

Who to contact
Who can i contact for support and or replacement information? It seems like the mug attachment should have been recalled. I have tried to look up Tusy and do not get any information. The machine has a sticker that says Tusy is this normal? My digital screen has stopped working as well as a terrible fishy smell even after several uses. I have only made about 20 shirts total and just tried to make my first mug. The mug attachment smells absolutely horrible and smokes. I was scared to let it heat all the way up.

Works great, when it works s
I have been using this making custom shirts. I had my first large order and the heat press busted. I am just inside the 90 day warranty so I am hoping they make this right. As far as ease of use etc. instructions are not that good but are good enough to get going. Pressure adjustment is very rough and you can physically see the press wobble side to side as you turn the knob which makes me question the evenness of the press pressure.Heat drops off very quickly around the edges and it shows in the presses where the images are towards the edge of the press. Press also has a rough open and close. You can feel a lip that it catches on somewhere in the action that it gives an physical and audible click as it pushes past this point. It’s before it reached the pressure part of the pressing so it’s in the action itself. When it works, it is working. But you can absolutely see, smell, and feel the lower quality in the press.

Works very well for my heat pressing needs
The media could not be loaded. It's been working great to press my shirts and keychains. I have not used the attachments yet. I plan to use the hat press soon and will update the results. It is a good price for the machine and attachment - it gets hot enough to press my items. I have to test out the best temps for certain items because it does get hot. I am new to sublimation, heat pressing, etc., but this machine is beginner friendly for me and suits my current needs!
