Great item
I bought these after someone hit my 2010 Lancer DE and one piece of the OEM tail lamp was $100. I got the whole set for $150 and it’s awesome! Easy to run the wires. Just get the polarity right! I had one reverse light plug backwards and it made the reverse light red! They look great!

Stunning! While slightly bigger they really complement the overall look and feel I’m going for!!
Purchased the smoked sequential tail lights. Happy overall though initially I did have some issues with the install, but it was in the end primarily the poor instructions and user error. Once they were hooked up I found the visibility to be suitable and the overall look and feel to be very good.Definitely helps to have a functional and “UN”smoked center light for consideration of others on road in low vis conditions.Did not need to use ANY resistors though I left one 3M’d to the trunk and purchased two additional sylvania from autozone..Just needed to marry the left inner trunk light to left.Had issues finding some of the wires since instructions were not very helpful whatsoever.Excellent facelift for my Lancer. It’s an 09 I’ve taken great care of has 72K and borla exhaust and other upgrades as well. Pedal controller sport brakes new struts and more. The overall value is 9.5/10Also others criticisms I had to somewhat laugh at as 3rd party will never be as “great as” OEM. These are close.I used to have vland sequential LED headlights but a wire came loose and wasn’t discovered until I “re-re-replaced” them with stock look ones. Tossed the vlands, since the headlights visibility wasn’t very good and the stock ones were. Plus, they were a bit too flashy, especially for how weak the power output was with even highest tier bulbs. The wiring is weird at first because the outer trunk lights have two totally different wiring outputs from the vehicle!! I destroyed part my trunk liner looking for wires that were simply tucked in my left inner trunk bulb..Even after several YouTube videos it really just took a lot of putting the pieces together and pulling them back apart and cautiously examining everything from a true “engineering” aspect.I frequently take apart and wire stuff at my job 5/7 days of the week, so I had an edge, but I was still confused because the wires in the inner trunk lights can give issue and become trapped particularly around the silicone ring.

Awesome product and service!
I purchased the tail lights and headlights for my 2009 lancer gts. Everything was plug and play but the shop where I was getting my car painted lost the daytime running light wiring harness. I emailed customer service and they sent me a replacement. These lights look sick, especially at night. The up/down adjustment for the headlights were also very accessible with a simple open hood. I was a little worried about needing to take the bumper off simply to adjust the height because my bumper has semi permanent screws holding it up but a small ratchet fits in through the hood no problem. You do need to take the bumper off to install them though. All in all, great deal and service.

Nice headlights with some caveats
These vland lights are pretty neat and almost plug and play. However, there’s some caveats to the install process specially if you’re new to this thing. Install WILL require you to remove the bumper cover to get access to the bolts you need to remove to switch them out.As for bulbs, this is where the issues can occur. Not too much well written documentation is out there but these headlights may come with a retainer clip or green circular gasket cover. If you have the retainer clip, you can easily fit H7 or D2H/D2S bulbs no problem. If you have the green circular gasket however, docs say only D2H and D2S bulbs can fit but if you cut the green nubs on the inner side of the gasket you can fit H7 bulbs in. Make sure whatever bulbs you use will actually fit, specially if you’re using LED since some won’t fit the bulb openingsExtra thing to note, if you have a CJ (2008-2015) Lancer, you’ll need to use the additional acc wiring and fuse harness if you want the LED and demon eye to come on as your DRLs. If you have a CF (2016-2017) Lancer, you don’t need to plug that acc harness in since most models already have the J shaped LED DRL (though plugging it in is an option if you want the LEDs as a DRL too alongside the stocks). There’s also an extra wiring harness inside the cubby where the bulbs for the dual beam sit you can unplug if you don’t want the additional demon eye light on the projector.Overall, these are some nice headlights and will definitely stand out (at least if you don’t already live in an area with plenty of Evos or Lancers already using these lights). Only time will tell whether these are durable but for now, they’re solid.

The Turn-Lock Was Weird, But They Look Pretty!
Everything about the tailights were great, except for the way the turn-locks for the actual lights were made. Had to jury-rig them by cutting and shaping the plane they interlocked on with tools just to get it to fit, so it can’t even be locked in place now. For now, my right light socket is held to the hub by electrical tape…won’t be long before it falls apart and unseals the gasket—that’s straight-up inconsistent quality. Also, very user-unfriendly. No instructions whatsoever.Free returns were offered, but it’s a headache and a hassle to disassemble and reassemble everything after nearly finishing over 4 hours worth of work, let alone wait another week for everything to come through again. Won’t be buying from VLAND anytime soon. Also noticed that one of the reverse lights are red instead of white. I’m fine with it since it looks cool but I guarantee you that if another customer sees that on their’s, they will not be happy.A generous 3 stars for you, only because the tailights are pretty.
