Good on shower grout as advertised
So far, so good with this versatile appliance. The only feature I've used so far is the hand-held steamer to clean the woeful degree of grout mold in the shower. One wall is brick. The other two tile. The wire scrubbing attachment did an impressive job on the brick while the softer tip worked well on the tile walls and shower pan.

Steamarrific!
Love this steamer! Its a bit heavy to hold if you are using the brush attachments. The reservoir hold quite a bit of water before you need to refill again. I added some of my carpet cleaner solution and it resulted in a cleaner refreshing scent. The wire brush attachment was effective in removing rust and calcium buildup around the bathroom fixtures.

Ok, it's nice. I'd recommed it.
Technically, it does emmit steam that you think would clean. After fitting on the jet nozzle, I tried to use it on my stainless steel sink and it looks like it didn't even touch it. I made a couple of passes over my kitchen floor after I swept and it still feels sticky.Edit: I gave it an extra star for 3 total. The squeegee was worthless to me but I liked how it cleaned windows. I just use a microfiber cloth to buff it dry but it looked pretty nice after I used it. After a few uses the stickiness of the floors after use have gone away. The pad does get dirty enough to me to where I kind of feel like I should go over it again with a clean pad. I used the upholstery tool on my couch. The cloth that you use for the upholstery was dirty so it did clean. This does not work on my oven at all but I didn't buy it for that so I don't really care just thought I'd throw it in. It doesn't do that well of a job on my tub either but it does work well on my porcelain things like my sink and my toilet. Okay I'm done. Kind of a big edit. I should stop putting in reviews, from those emails, you get a couple days after you get a delivery, about reviewing your product.Another edit 🙄: After recently spilling cocoa powder in the area of the picture by my trash can there, I vacuumed up as much as I can but there was still a nice, big, noticeable stain from the cocoa powder. I tried to scrub the spot with a brush and some warm soapy water. It really did not touch it. I said what the hell and grabbed the steam mop with the carpet attachment. As you can see in the picture, it worked quite well. I had to give this another star. My only drawback now is that the hose attachment isn't long enough to where I can do walls.

Don't Waste Your Time and Money
The infomercial for this product is amazing. The product is not. First of all I did not order the "basic model." I wanted the Elite model and was directed to the Dual Blast with so many additional accessories with it. And I paid way more for this than the Basic. Notably the flex hose listed in the pamphlet as a regular accessory was not included in my package. First disappointment was how they stress how light the mop is by holding in one hand. Not so. Way too heavy for me. I cannot hold this thing in one hand. After unwrapping the multiple packages and reading over the instructions several times I ventured some two weeks later to try it out. First project was one bathroom. Even with the adjusted steam output there was so much water on the tile floor I was afraid of slipping and falling. There were a couple of spots on the tile that could not be budged with the steam mop. The next day I got those spots out with good old elbow grease. Also it took 3 hours for that wet floor to dry. Went back to try to do some grout. Absolutely no change in the grout. Decided this was not going to work on tile floors and obviously the water would be way too much for my prefinished wood floors. Discouraged I put the mop aside and thought i would wait before trying again. Next I tried to use it on some rug spots. No change in those. Waited again and read directions again and went back to try rug spots again. No luck at all. Had those rug spots come out, I would have said OK to this thing.I was so excited to get this mop and am so upset with myself for believing the presentation. I am better off with a light weight Sw...........mop for floors, a scrub brush for grout, and my trusty 409 Carpet cleaner spray which actually does remove any spots from rugs. This thing was a lot of money and hype but useless. I hope I can return this useless mop.

It works great but…
I ordered the premium package H2O mop X5 with extra microfiber pads, a carrying strap, and all the attachments. The pads and attachments are fantastic, I highly recommended them. The carrying strap is very useful to sling the base over your shoulder while cleaning with just the base. Now as far as the steam cleaning and the mop itself as a whole. I’ve used it for the past two days all over my house. I love how it cleans and gets into crevices you can't normally get to, it's so satisfying. The base itself is lightweight and has a completely AKWARD design. Wait for the redesign!! I used the mop today, it works great. It feels about as sturdy as the store-brand dust mops, the ones that screw together in sections. This is possibly worse. It’s made of cheap hollow plastic. I understand the review I read about the handle snapping in half. I'm vertically challenged (5’3”) and I felt like it might snap. I can only imagine normal-sized adults pushing with any weight at all would definitely snap. It's a mixed bag with this mop. If you can overlook the cheap materials used in the design, the cleaning performance might outweigh the fact you might break the handle at any moment. I've only had it for 2 days so I can't speak to the longevity of it as a whole.I would suggest only using distilled water the chemicals and hard water from tap water will clog the steamer. I learned that the hard way with my first steamer.

Cleans Carpets!
I have a steam mop but I bought this one because I could do carpets with it. And it worked well, glad I made the purchase - I have a hardwood flooring but a lot of rugs scattered around.
