I was taking it apart and putting it back together with no problem. It was in my hand and I dropped it in my lap, now it’s stuck.

Just wiggle it gently and put it in warm water it will free up, you can’t lock it solid without using 2 sets of pliers so be patient and it will come right.

It is engineered from solid steel 100% metal guaranteed. You are never going to break it.

The puzzle is jammed..won’t move closed or open..but is half way between..help!

I’m sorry to say this but if you have jammed it then you wasn’t even close to solving it, I have one and the disassembly and reassembly is really smooth, I jammed other hamayama puzzles and found myself either not being able to unjam them or breaking them causing me to have to buy another one, I’m not even sure how you managed to jam this one, please send a pic of it, otherwise if your not able to move it then you’ll have to buy another one and don’t make the same mistake, sorry for the bad news
