Are the blue and black ink ones good for writing in a diary?

All the colors are really good and I use them in my diary! I absolutely love this set!

can these be used on Bible pages? Or will it bleed through? Is there any ghosting?

No it will bleed through. Great for a journal, but not for writing directly in the Bible.

Will the ink seep through the pages of my planner?

If you use normal pressure while writing, the ink will not seep through to other pages. If you're using inexpensive, thin paper usually sold today, to write on, you will be able to see the ink on the back - making it hard to use both sides. I love these pens, they are exactly like the expensive rollerball pen brands.
