It's easy to use, functions peetty well, and has a relatively small footprint compared to what the old ones did. I like the different attachments, but I gave it 4 stars because the pressure difference is the same past about 6. I could turn it up, but I don't feel a difference. It does need an outlet and has no internal battery, which is what I wanted.

I had been using a cordless waterpik flosser and it was ok, but not enough pressure with just the two settings and I had to keep refilling the reservoir as it didn't hold much water.. This counter top version is SO much better. While it doesn't have the convenience of remote/travel use, it has 10 pressure settings and a very large water reservoir (I never have to refill it during use). My gums look and feel much healthier and I've noticed no leftover food particles like I did with the cordless one. The water pressure is strong and it does a great job getting in between bridges, crowns, etc. There is no battery, you plug it into an electrical outlet - so it has a lot of power. I definitely recommend this version of the WaterPik and can attest to it's effectiveness in getting the job done well.
