Can't even fully assemble!The instructions are unclear... A simple:1. Screw type here2. Longer screw type herePutting it together is fairly clear once you have a look at the pieces, but knowing there are plenty out there who need them numbered/lettered to build... that is a no go for me.The instructions shows how it goes together for a different model, and there aren't enough screw holes for the padding piece. Can't even keep it together as there isn't a hole for any screw there to go into!Total waste of $$

I used to own one of these in High School. I am 47 now and I am glad to see they are still around. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because it is a little off balance. For the price, This product is top notch though. I Feel the difference in only a couple of days using this. I definitely recommend this product for daily is to keep your core stronger, which in turn helps your back. Just 10 minutes a day...Truly works.

I feel this product is really solid for my assist and laughed when I read some of the reviews on assembly. If you ever put together Christmas toys, this is a one santa project. HA Ha until I got to the last impact screw which was not cold headed with the hex pattern and was a slick circle. Joke is on me, I had to pull screws from all the China crap purchased in the past and none were this size. So I pulled a large self tapping gutter screw and put it in, it was the second of two holes, the one would probably hold. BUT, if you want inspected quality, move on to another product. Not sending it back for one lousy screw, but the packaging looked like someone before me did!

From the moment I picked up the box and felt the heaviness of the AB Trainer, i was surprised at the heaviness of the weight. For a product that was so inexpensive, yet wrapped so meticulously it told me that the product was substantial and not a flimsy piece of junk . I found that putting it together was a bit challenging because i am 86 years old but I finally did it. I lost one of the screws, so I think you should include a couple of extra screws in the package just in case. I love doing the exercise .it is very simple and at first, I put the training video on my laptop on the floor next to me so i had a private trainer and I loved that. It seems as if you thought of everything. and that made it so easy to learn all of the steps.I am completely happy with this ab Trainer and thank you. It is ther best purchase I have made this year.
