one small plastic part in the lid for blocking water leakage from the small hole was lost. Can I get a replacement for this part? Thanks.

You should have reeived a replacement part when you received the bottle. If you have already used this part, I beleive That you will have to contact the manufacturers.

Can this bottle go in the dishwasher?

Our bottles are TOP RACK dishwasher safe. But we highly recommend handwashing with dishwashing soap and water, it only takes a couple of mins. :)

Is there anyway to get rid of the chemical smell of the bottle? I've tried scrubbing it and leaving it to soak in hot soapy water but it still stinks!

I filled it with cold bottled water, and added 2 tablespoons of bicarbonate of soda. I left it overnight then put it through a dishwasher cycle. Worked a treat for me.
