I got this Biotin for my hair. I am a BM with Afro. I think tap water damaged my hair. I was using it a bit too much. Used to have full hair a couple of years ago. Back then I was not even using shampoo. But then I decided to use tap water to spray on my hair to make it look nice. Eventually my hair got thin. I tried everything to regrow the hair but nothing works. A couple of weeks ago I started using this exact Biotin but I am already beginning to see great results. My hair is growing again and it looks and feel fuller. My only complain is that today I started seeing some rash on my left lip which could be one of the side effect. I think the dosage is too high. I have bought a lower dosage (500) and I plan to take it. Hopefully I can handle that one. So I think it works for hair but watch out for the dosage.

I can’t go without these pills! They are priced reasonably and work great. I have curly thick hair that gets split ends verrry easily. It’s so frustrating! This product works amazingly to keep my hair thick and strong. I still get split ends, but not to the degree that I did without it. I’ve tried so many “split ends” products but hair products are not the answer- it needs to be treated internally. The pills are very easy to swallow and though some have reported the pills getting stuck together in the bottle, I’ve never experienced more than the last 4 in the bottle being this way and it’s really no biggie. Bonus: my nails are also so much stronger! If you’re having problems with nails or hair, give this a try for a month and you’ll see results.

All of the product I ordered came in excellent shape. I take this supplement once a day. My hair has increased; however, my skin and nails still leave much to be desired - partially because I work outside in my yard during good weather. This product is easily swallowed and I can't complain at all about the money received.
