I use my mat for HIIT training, this mat is really good for not slipping like my previous mat did but if jumping on it will move slightly, but not a safety issue.I loved how well packaged the product was and it has its only storage/carrier case.When I first unfolded one end slightly raised but just rolled it the other way and left for a day and it was fine laid flat on the floor.Highly recommend this mat really comfortable to do sit ups etc on although not super thick.

Wanted to invest in a higher quality mat as my old yoga mat was too slippy to hold certain poses. This was perfect. Nice quality and thickness, looks great, reversible and definitely more friction for better holds.

Great mat with very good resistance under the hands, no slippage at all which is exactly what I wanted. My previous mat was hopeless. The only reason I’ve marked it down is the bag is pointless, and I do find it’s marking (sweaty hands?) Not sure, but hopefully it’ll still look great after many uses. Like the double sided colours as at least this gives variety.

great overall quality, due to the material being thicker than other yoga mats I have owned. I can't see this wearing over time unlike cheaper ones I've bought. Love the dual sided colours.

Very good mat, purchased for yoga workouts on laminate floor, so far excellent, no slipping at all and comfortable to kneel on .

I needed a replacement mat as mine was slipping all over the lounge floor (laminate) and meant that I was not getting as much out of my fitness classes as I wanted. Based on the reviews, and great colors, I opted for one of these. It is on the thin side, as the sizing states, but is still rather comfortable even when doing planks, crunches/sit ups and kneeling exercises. I was worried that I would find it too thin for these exercises but it has been great and if I do find my elbows are getting sore with something like a side plank, then I just fold the end over and use it double. It is extremely 'adhesive' (not sticky, but non-slip) on a laminate flooring and has not moved once, even when doing burpees !!! The only thing I don't like about it, and I don't think there is anything the manufacturers can do about this, is that it marks easily from your shoes - but it does NOT tear or break up, just marks. I would definitely recommend this and would buy again if the need arises.

Paid a little more for a certain colour and ended up with the wrong one but overall good mat, really needed a mat that didn’t slip on wooden flooring as I’ve been using a previous one for Hiit exercising and this one works wonders!
