no it wont work to a tee but can deliver single balls

Will this work with foam golf balls?

Foam golf balls are too soft/lightweight to work properly. Also, if real golf balls tend to "stick" it simply means the inside of the shagger is dirty. Simply rinse it out with a garden hose and it should fix the problem. Thank you.

Did anyone else receive one with the metal ball track missing from the end where the balls come out when using as a ball dispenser?

No-mine was intact and works great.
