Worth the Purchase
Easily to assemble and adjust; stylish and comfortable. I was looking to upgrade my desk chair because I mostly work from home and needed something with better lumbar support. I purchased the faux brown leather chair with thick cushion and have been very happy with it so far.I was initially annoyed with how easily the chair tilted; but later realized that the tilt tension just needed to be tightened further. Other than that, the only real "issue" I've noticed is that the chair buttons can sometimes float if you've been sitting for awhile and have been moving around a lot; but this is unique to the thick cushion and isn't really a problem (the button fasteners have to be long to accommodate for the rise/fall of the large seat cushion). All in all, very happy with my purchase and feel that the quality far surpasses the price point.

Sitting comfy in our NEW office chair.
Really relaxing and enjoyable is this new dark grey suede-like ofc chair....comfy for me but hubby will be sharing it, so I pray the cushioning holds up for 3 or 4 yrs till my next new chair...I live in my office almost 24/7.He's tall and I'm not short but it fits us both the same, comfy arms, seat and backing. Dark gray suede looks really nice, too! We're pleased !!

Looks great but….
The chair looks great and the seat is as comfy as it looks and assembling it is easy. Unfortunately the back isn’t all that comfy especially the headrest. It’s really stiff and pretty much forces you to sit upright. This wouldn’t be so bad if it let you tilt and lock it in place depending on your preference. For a chair that’s on average $200 that’s a basic feature I feel it should have. Honestly I’d rate it 3.5 stars but I’ll give it a chance.

Great value, super comfortable
Very comfortable, color is just as pictured, and it rolls super well. Putting the chair together took no time at all and I like that it’s a substantial chair, but it’s not too bulky. The reclining is great as well, almost fill zero gravity.

Don't Do It
Let this experience be a lesson to me... never, ever buy an office chair online again. As others have stated, the arms were not the same height. The back support was eh. The chair was otherwise comfy and looked great, so I was willing to put up with uneven arms and so-so back support. Also, the thought of returning it was not appealing.Fast forward to the second day I used the chair... I sat down and slowly sank down like I had sat in quicksand. The seat's hydraulic gas lift had failed. I contacted the seller who asked if I would try replacing the hydraulic. I figured I'd give it a try but once that hydraulic piece is in and has been sat on, good luck getting it out. I couldn't do it so I had no choice but to return the chair. And that's when the real fun began. Since I was unable to completely unassemble the chair, it wouldn't fit into the original box. In hindsight, I should have taken a saw to it but I digress. I took the chair to UPS and had them box it up, which cost me $27 and change. I was confident that Amazon's A to Z policy would ensure a refund of the UPS boxing costs, but I was wrong. My claim was denied and the seller refused to refund the UPS boxing costs. So... this fiasco wound up costing me $27+, and I have nothing to show for it except a few bucks added to the swear jar. And for those who are wondering, I am wayyyyy below the maximum weight limit for this chair.Simply put... don't do it. Just don't. If you receive a defective chair, returning it will not be easy and the seller will try to talk you out of it. For this item, buy local.

Beautiful and Comfy
Had this chair for a few months now and I’d say it’s very comfortable. It’s my office chair and I work remote so I use it almost daily and it still looks brand new. I like the Eames look to it. It’s quite wide for me, meaning it can also accommodate larger people. The chair has very thick but squishy padding and it isn’t ergonomic but I purchased it more for the look, and I like that due to my size (I’m average, 5’7 with short legs) I can sit upright and not rest against the back of it to strengthen my back and core while working, or fully crawl into it. The first time I leaned back I thought I was going to fall backwards, it tilts back very far, keep that in mind if that’s a problem for you.

Good and bad points
First, the chair was delivered ahead of time. So that's a plus. It was mildly easy to put together. I think their description says it can be put together in 20 minutes. From the time I started to open the box and finished, it more more like an hour. The 5 legs came disassembled, while their video make it appear they come preassembled. Once assembled, the chair looks great. But it's not that comfortable because it's rather high(even in its lowest setting), and I'm 6 ft tall, and the shoulder pad is too low for me. Hits me in the wrong places. The angle adjustment is a little too upright. Maybe after using it for a while, my body will adjust, and it'll be more comfortable. Also the chair rollers don't roll easily over carpet. That's the big drawback to getting an office chair online. You just don't know how it's going to fit.

I love this chair. I bought it after sitting on one at Financial Advisor’s office. Great price and well built. Very easy to assemble.
