Product is ok but not suitable

It has been 9 months after which I'm writing this review. This trimmer is good if you are going to use for personal use. You can go for it. Don't look at the cheap price. It works flawlessly.

Brought for trimming beard but didn't serve its purpose fully and satisfactorily. The blade was bit thick for beard.Smooth, sound, hair are very good though...

Have been using from over a month now. Battery backup is great, mine gave 4 trimmings or more in one charge. It's only after a 1.5 month of using it, recently from last few trimmings it has started pulling up beard hair thus resulting in sudden pain n not giving smooth trim experience. Blades are no longer sharp.Would not recommend this trimmer if you are looking for a long term trimmer, can't be considered as a good one time investment, as was expecting it to give trouble free experience for at least 6months but it has gone weak in 2nd month itself. When reached upto product support, they informed that it's not company's help center, but seller has created it for product support, Blade is considered accessory which I will have to order from them, provided a number to send watsapp message, when asked for blade price is 349!!! Seiously, I got the trimmer at 598 and is usually listed between 598-649 & I should spend 349 for it's blade within 2 months!!Thus better to go for a bit costly and different brand like philips or that brand which has reliable product support atleast. Finally had to visit my local barber, when he said that he takes his trimmers to a market to get the blade sharpened, so getting it done @100
