Great product but I'd like a larger size. It's also very expensive.

This a a rip off can wont spray
After one quick use the can stopped spraying the can is filled but nothing comes out. This a complete rip off. Both the company and Amazon costumer service keep pointing me in different directions on who should replace the defective can.Though the reviews on this product are great it’s not worth buying at the amount of defective cans they have been reported and the headaches of trying to get them replaced.

Small, expensive... BUT does work.
Ok. So all the reviews I read were either "Great, exactly what I needed" OR "Stay away its no good!" There wasn't a middle ground OR anyone with actual pictures of these "works great" results. So to be clear, this product is to be used with engraving lasers it doesn't matter the brand or the wattage. Its primarily designed for metal but I used it on polyethylene water jugs. When you try to engrave resin or plastic most lasers just turn the surface white. I wanted the design to show up black on the surface of the jug so I bought this spray. When it arrived I though I got the wrong product because the aerosol can was small and only a couple of ounces, I'm sorry to say but the pictures make it look like you're getting an average sized aerosol spray can. I applied the spray to the water jug following the instructions. The spray is an opaque grey and takes about 20 - 30 seconds to dry. Every time I applied it, it only took a single pass to provide full coverage on the hobby surface. Basically it takes very little of the product to prep your product for engraving/marking.Once I worked out the exposure setting for my laser (atomstack x7 pro) these are the results I got.So I would say, it "works great", it does, its VERY expensive per ounce (hence the 3 stars on value) but it DOES do what its supposed to do.

Very good but EXPENSIVE!
I love using this stuff with my 10 & 20W diode lasers. I even use it for glass and it works very well. I ordered these many months ago and just used it again last week and the cans are out of aerosol but still has a good bit of spray left. I would give 5 stars if I didn’t just waste a Lot of money on a 2 full cans with no aerosol.

Works great!
I’ve seen reviews that said this does not work with diode lasers. In my experience, it does. The laser I used was xTool’s D1 Pro 10W laser, with the RA2 Pro 4-in-1 rotary attachment. I used its native software, xTool Creative Space. The settings were for the rotary rollers, 100% power, 35mm/s. I also had the laser module about 1mm closer than the focusing guide. But I would guess to venture that a 10W diode laser would be minimum. Anything less might not be as successful.FOLLOW the instructions! You should have no problems, if you do. I first washed the tumblers with hot soapy water, dried them, then used 99% isopropyl alcohol to do the final cleaning before applying the spray. Just a light spray to where you can’t see the metal, did well for me. Make sure the spray is completely dry before lasering.Clean-up is a breeze. Rinse with warm water, dish soap and a sponge or cloth rag.I did run a tumbler through the dishwasher and it held up just fine. Not sure how many washings it can take though. The contrast is beautiful! I was able to do 10 tumblers, two- sided with the 2oz. size, and I still have some spray left.
