Where can I get a replacement battery from?

I am not sure if they make a replacement battery for these, yet. I looked for one when I first bought them, just because I wanted a spare, but I couldn't find one. I will say that I have had mine for 10 months now & I have NOT noticed any drain on battery yet. I can still use them all day with no issues or recharging. I have been caught in rain, I have dropped them multiple times, they are cover in over spray & my antenna is wrapped in tape. The amount of abuse these have gotten & they still work, amazes me every day. After 10 months, I can still say that these ear muffs are awesome.

Will they adjust to a child head size?
