An indoor hutch for a happy bun
I have purchased two of these hutches (1 set) for my two rabbits. The hutch itself is not enough room for a rabbit to live in, but connected to two X-pens has given proper running space!Rabbits NEED space to RUN and jump, the hutch is their home-base and their safe spot when they want to get away. We keep the litter box and hay down below, and the bun water under the ramp.Assembly was easy, so easy my 12 year old took on the task with minimal adult intervention. We set it up on vinyl sheet flooring so clean up is easy. Pee will get trapped so make sure you clean the edges and keep the wood frame dry. There is an paint smell, but we knew that before buying and aired the pieces of the hutch out before putting it together. The rabbits live inside with us, so I have never tested it outside. From what I have experienced indoors with water/pee spills I don't think it could stand up to unpleasant weather conditions. While I liked the idea of the pullout tray it isn't very sturdy and made the floor to the upstairs unstable. We ended up fixing it into place since the Buns didn't use it to go potty, just to play and run up into.Overall 8.5 out of 10, it's a good home-base with a lot of positive things going for it. It's built well, minus what I said above, and doesn't look cheap or shoddy.Remember, the hutch alone is NOT big enough for a rabbit to live a happily inside 24/7 with no additional space. You WILL need X-pens to insure your bun has enough space to thrive.

Bunny cage 5/5
The quality honestly is not that bad I was hesitant with the other reviews but I really like this it’s about 3-4 feet long 2 1/2 wide the instructions were insanely easy everything came pre drilled and already in it’s parts took maybe 15 mins to build

Cute
Way smaller than I thought because of pictures, but looking further I should’ve just read the measurements. I’d recommend this for no more than 2 chickens since my 3 couldn’t fit on the roost bar inside once fully grown. Maybe 3-4 bantams? I loved the pull out drawer and it made it easy to clean though! I like the lock mechanisms on the doors but I wish it was easier to grab on to. And the “run” comes as a separate piece, is a bit flimsy, and doesn’t latch onto the coop, which is a bit of a pain. Besides that I liked it, it got the job done and protected them from rain, but unless your pet is small, it’s better as a temporary home.

Great little hutch for a larger enclosure
We got this little hutch to add a shelter into the outdoor enclosure we have our bunnies in for the spring/summer/fall. With two people and a power drill it was easy to assemble and it's held up pretty well so far. The bunnies like it, on hot days they hang out in the shade underneath the house and on rainy days they stay in the house. It's a cute little place for them.I think the hutch is too small to be a full time home for rabbits but it works great as part of a larger enclosure. The ladder leading up to the house did fall off recently, but I think that's probably our fault, we move the pen and hutch around every day or two so the bunnies have fresh grass and we could have moved the hutch more carefully than we did. Luckily the rabbits have on problem hopping into their house without the ladder.

Will Do Its Job For a Couple of Years.
Wood seems flimsy, but ought to do for two or three year, as we live in a mild climate without big predators (we deal with foxes, possums, racoons, and snakes) and are going to keep it outdoors under a canopy. The hardware cloth and roof are good quality. There was an extremely strong, throat burning chemical smell when we unpacked it, so I'm letting it off gas outside for a couple of days before we put our rabbits in it.It was easy to assemble, taking only about a half an hour. I would recommend you staple hardware cloth over the bottom, as we did, because otherwise your rabbits might tunnel out (ours are diggers) or predators could tunnel in. It came somewhat damaged, with scratches in the wood in one place, and a splintery part in another but neither I nor my rabbits care about its cosmetic appeal.

Flimsy and not good for animal feces.
cage just made out of cheap plywood will not last long in the weather. The roof over the living space was nice and thick, but all the rest of it was cheap Wood. The bottom is not raised off the ground so it sits on the ground so animal feces and pee, just collects there. It is not raised up, nor does it have grading on the bottom, would not be good for an animal, such as a rabbit. The ramp that leads from the ground up to the living space is extremely flimsy and will not hook on very well, it came off within an hour of having assembled it when our rabbit tried to go down the ramp. Very flimsy put in for return to order a different cage.

Assembly required, but easy to do
