45lb mixer and the dimensions are about 20" D x 18"L x 12" W (Good mixer)

We use it to blend the spices into the ground pork to make sausage and it blends well.

Q: In features it says 66lb meat mixer...not for meat ....then what are you supposed to mix in a meat mixer?

Off course you can use it with meat.They are a must have for making sausage,and it mixes the ingredients with your ground meat very thoroughly,and clean up is fairly simple.

Q: Can you remove the paddle assembly from the 20lb mixer for cleaning?

yes, just take it apart, clean it and put it back together and your good to go!
