Q: How many cards can you get in each card slot?

Depends on type of card and thickness. I'd say 2 embossed credit cards per slot.

Q: Does the bill section have a divider so you can keep bills separate from receipts/business cards, etc.?

No. The "bills" section is a single, undivided area. I do use it for very limited other items, primarily credit cards towards one if the ends. Have also used it temporarily for items like cash register receipts which are easily differentiated cash/bills.

Q: Does the zipper good quality ?

the wallet is awesome, but the zipper is a different story. mine got stuck as i was opening the wallet. now the wallet is unzipped on either side of the zipper. i bought this wallet six months ago. as rugged as the zipper is it should have lasted longer. im buying another wallet. i hope i get a better zipper.
