This is such a good yoga mat!I love the extra width and the thickness of this mat!I have had it for about two months now and I am very impressed with the performance and durability.I use it a lot, at least 4 times a week for many different styles,(Yoga,pilates weights training and hiit)and it’s been perfect for all my fitness styles. It has good grip and offers the best comfort I have ever felt in a fitness mat!I was impressed with the price of this mat too!! It feels like it should be more expensive.. Love the pink colour with the alignment design as well!! Definitely 5 stars from me!!To sum it up, this yoga mat ticks all the boxes and and I would recommend it highly to anyone looking for a good quality wide and thick yoga mat! Worth every penny!

Right, I am actually excited to write a review on this yoga mat because I am so pleased with it!! I have had my Gadel mat for about two months now and the quality is fantastic!Both me and my daughter use it regularly. My daughter uses it for her Jo Wicks classes and she loves it! She says she loves how it grips to the floor and the alignment lines are very helpful for her too!Myself, I use it for Yoga and Pilates and I find it gives me such comfort! I can really feel the difference especially on my head when I do my headstand pose but my elbows, hips and knees are so much more protected too. The cushioning is completely different to my previous nbr mat which was thick as well, but just too soft and squishy and very slippery!Now, with my Gadel mat, I don’t have to worry about slipping at all because the grip is really good as well! I have solid support and a great grip every time I work out, even when I sweat and it cushions my whole body perfectly and gives me the extra width I need for my headstand!The free yoga strap really beneficial too! So far I have just used the mat at home but I will be taking my mat to my gym hopefully soon so I was really happy when a friend of mine showed me how the yoga strap can double up as a carry strap too! I’ve tried it a few times now and it actually works really well and it's so easy to do! I just loop it and fasten it on one side, then loop it and tie a knot on the other side.I have attached some photos so you can see. Saved me from having to buy a carry strap anyway!So overall, If you are thinking about buying it, I would highly recommend it!! It a superb quality exercise mat well worth the price and for me and my daughter, it’s been fantastic!! You can really feel the difference!!5 stars for sure!!!!

I am a personal fitness trainer and have studied nutrition for most of my life, so when it comes to fitness and health, I am extremely vigilant. This Gadel yoga mat really has surpassed all my expectations. I have bought a few mats in my time but the quality, thickness and the extra width of this mat is rare to find in one mat, especially being a tpe mat, which has all the eco-friendly qualities that I need. You must be at one with your yoga mat, so I am looking at many different key qualities when choosing a mat and let me tell you, it really does the job, this is a great mat!This yoga mat is so much more than just a yoga mat. It is completely multifunctional because of its quality and unique spec!it really is a game changer for older, bigger, heavier people and people with injuries or sensitive muscle mass.Amazon, you have hit the jackpot with this yoga mat. I will most definitely be introducing this one to my wonderful clients when things get back to some kind of normality.

Honestly through no one’s fault but mine, this is just a bit too bulky for what I gullibly expected.I’m not sure what I was expecting as I wanted the thickness and comfort and big workout surface - yet I still somehow expected it to roll up easily and pack away fairly compact.It’s just a bit stiff to roll up and stay rolled up due to size and thickness and takes up a lot of room to store.Otherwise - colour is great, no complaints on use on tiles doing aerobic / cardio workouts and body weight strength training. Have relieved the pressure I used to feel on the balls of my feet and knees. As expected the big footprint means i don’t have to worry about where I put my arms and feet and I just workout that little bit more carefree.

I bought two, one for my wife one for my sister. My wife has mentioned she had difficulties with some exercises due to knee and hip discomfort, I thought a thicker mat would help with this. Regarding the cushioning, it does provide adequate support. However for a product advertised as non-slip - it's lacking (especially the pink model). Overall I would not recommend this for anyone who intends to do exercises where slip resistance is importance e.g HIIT, fast pose switching (especially if you start to sweat). To be clear : the grip between the bottom and the floor is good, however the surface and your foot can slip quite easily, disappointing for this price range

I have been looking for a thicker TPE mat for more cushioning and I liked what people were saying about this yoga mat.My only worry was that it would affect my standing postures, as a few people told me that I wouldn’t feel grounded with a thicker mat. Luckily for me I decided to try it out anyway because it has been absolutely pure joy to train on my new yoga mat! I feel very grounded and safe during my practice and I can perform all my standing balancing poses with ease. Best of all is the relief I feel on my my elbows, knees and hip when I do my floor exercises. I am so much more comfortable. The cushioning really is good and supports my body extremely well. I’m not slipping on the mat either which is important to me.I do power yoga, yin and pilates and i use it for hiit exercise as it grips really well on our wood flooring as well. It honestly is the best mat I’ve ever used and I would highly recommend it for any age and for any type of fitness. 5 stars for sure!!!

I was so much looking forward to this yoga mat. However, it was full of glitter on both sides of the mat. Absolutely horrible. Unacceptable, unusable, useless.
