Love this board and one of the only ones I found that can handle larger/obese people. My whole family uses it and we had to buy my father one for his home because it helps with his leg pains.

It arrived early ❤️ . I was kinda nervous.. because of the bad reviews so I IMMEDIATELY… unboxed it … and plugged it in..everything was intact… it feels like GREAT quality .. my remote works .. you have to be close and aim it right at the digital screen on the base … when I tell you I started to itch within 4 mins .. it got really intense .. so I stopped lol ..but imma work my way on up lol… I’m going to use it twice a day .. in the morning and before bed time …If anything changes I’ll post it here and let you guys knowif the itch is tooooo intense… lower the speed … I got it on 1 … please stick to it … it’s worth it .. your body will eventually get used the plate and you’ll be able to stay on the whole 15 eventually… worth it … my legs feel soooo much better since using … ngl

Can't even turn it on!
The box was super damaged and had all kinds of tape on it. Plugged it into various outlets. Double checked and the power supply cord is connected to the machine. The power switch, or any of the buttons on the display nothing lights up and works no vibration anything. And I would say the remote also doesn't work but that might be because the machine itself doesn't work. Tried different batteries in it to make sure it wasn't an issue with maybe the remote. Now I have to figure out how to return it because I can't find a way to get help on troubleshooting. The pamphlet that comes with it is of no help, in fact the top of it says directions for face mask. But has images of the vibration plate. Extremely disappointed

I love this. Not sure if it's actually helping me lose weight but I like the way I feel after using it
