It’s what it needed.
I have over 500 hours on this generator and it ran for 2+ hours and then shut down. It did idle roughly before it died. It’s really easy to replace and it was an exact same. Turned it to start and hit the button and it fired right up. I own two of the Predator 3500 generators and I’ll be ordering another one to have on hand just in case. Arrived on time and the price can’t be beat. The photo is of the old one.

Seems to be a decent quality replacement that installs easily
Just like the original, replaced the original in less than 20 minutes, easy peasy. Generator fired right up and ran beautiful again. Hopefully this one lasts the 1985 hours the original did.

Okay fit functions good
Works good takes some time to install everything fits pretty decently. Hardest part it soldering some of the wires but seems to work well and have a good range.

Fixed My Predator 3500
Fixed my Predator 3500. Matches fastener holes and electrical connectors of original. My generator stopped working on a camping trip without warning. I removed the spark plug, re-attached the plug wire to it and turned over the engine with the tip next to a metal screw on the rocker arm cover that says "OHV", and there was no spark. Oil leaked from the block by slowly wicking down from the oil level sensor wire into the ignition module electrical connections. After replacing the ignition module I zip tied the oil level sensor wire to the starter cable and bent a belly into the wire so that any oil that leaks will drip harmlessly into the base of the generator. I will at some point attempt to stop the oil that weeps from the wire, but it is such a slight amount that I'll get to it later. I blew the oil out of the old ignition module and will clean it with ignition cleaner and keep it as a spare, as I read that it may still function after cleaning.

2 years later and still running great
I installed this 2 years ago after my generator suddenly wouldn’t start. It was a quick and economical fix and this replacement has lasted longer than the original one did.
