I have been taking them about a year and at first, they were great, but as usual with menopause things stop working as well after a while. The company was very responsive and is sending me a refund and I don't have to send the order back. Very nice customer service.

Great product

I had a very unusual side effect from this. I took it consistently for 7 days, on day 2, I got a terrible nose bleed which I've never had before. The nose bleeds continued daily and we're hard to stop. I ruled everything out as the cause, then remembered I started taking these right before. The day I stopped, the bleeding also stopped.

I felt a little relief at night when I tried to sleep. Definitely going to try a different product. Taste is normal. Overall value for money is fair

I’m in peri-menopause and my PCP recommended I get a supplement with DIM in it. Found this one and what a difference! Hard to explain the specifics but I feel more “balanced” and not out of ‘wack’. I noticed it’s easier for me to relax. (No issues with restlessness prior to PM.)
