Do theses planters contain lead?

Nearly all products sold to residents of California have a Prop 65 warning on them. The vitamins I purchase from a large national chain have a Prop 65 warning on them regardless of the content. Sellers want to stay away from the over regulation in my state, California, so they simply put the warning on everything, I don't take it seriously because it's "the government" again.

How many cubic feet of soil do I need .?

This raised bed is 269 gallons. However, best practice is to not fill with all soil. Fill half of the raised bed container with first wood, then branches, then yard waste. Then fill the second half with soil. It took us 10 - 50 quart, or 12.5 gallon bags of organic soil to fill the rest. The wood, branches and debris will compost over time. This is a much more cost effective way to fill the raised bed container.

Is this exactly 36 inches width once built? I’m looking for something a hair under 36 inches

Previous answers are incorrect. This product is 2ft deep not it is 36” wide. When built, side to side measures 35” but the corner plates measure 36” apart. Hope that helps

How many cubic feet of soil do I need to fill the container.?

It takes 36 cubic feet of soil (or about 1.3 cubic yards) to fill it. I put about 6 inches (9 cubic feet) of gravel in the bottom of mine to help them drain and then got one cubic foot of top soil to fill up the rest and that was perfect.
