Let me start by saying that this desk has far exceeded my expectations even before our build.I got this desk because since COVID, there is always lack of appropriate working desk real estate at our home. Between remote work being done by myself, my husband and our children-which requires collaboration at times between 2 people in the same space-this desk does the job of fitting right in a corner and creating enough space for people to work autonomously yet together if necessary. It’s like having 2 desks in 1 so that cannot be beat for the price-point and minimalist design.Upon opening the box, my husband and I were amazed at how nicely this desk was packed. I helped start to put this together and the installation video found with this desk was accurate, clear and concise. We used the video which visually numbers each part and with that benefit, it literally took us 30 minutes with breaks in between! Little things like this from the manufacturer are what I’d pay extra for. Time is valuable for sure.The desk is a beauty. It’s simplistic design leaves ample room for swinging legs and even a footstool underneath and doesn't create any clutter. I love the way that you can customize the shelving and the hatch to make the desk your own . My husband and I disagreed on whether to add the hatch or not and for now we decided to not add it:-) and try that look then add it to see which we like best. That’s what is so cool about this desk too.Since we did not add the hatch, we added a chair to the opposite side which would be the back of the hatch area for our smaller child to have the shorter desk and a larger chair for another person to use the bigger desk without the hatch getting into their “head space.” We are still playing with configurations so once we decided where it will ultimately be and how we like it best and how it has held up to a family with kids using it, I will update my review but that this desk can be used in multiple ways is the best feature by far. Either way, for us it’s a win-win straight away.Buy this desk!

I love my new desk so much! It looks so nice, and you can really personalize it with whatever trinkets you wish to put on it. The only downsides I have are that if you are into gaming, your pc will likely not fit in the designated area for it. Luckily mine was thin enough that it could fit, however it was too tall and I had to remove one of the wood shelves in order to make it work. That might not be an issue for some people though and it isn't something I'm upset about or anything! Just something to look out for if your PC is larger.It was rather tricky to build. You could theoretically build this as one person, but you will struggle greatly during some steps, especially during the end when you are installing the cubbies of the hutch. The instructions are not very clear. There are no words, it is a picture book that you have to squint in order to see where certain holes need to be facing. It may be very difficult for some people to understand due to that, and you'll have to redo steps in order to fix mistakes. Other than that, however, it isn't too terrible to build. Just make sure to stretch and take breaks, as this can take anywhere between 1 to 4+ hours to build by yourself.Great desk, very sturdy, roomy, and you can fill it with lots of personality. I really enjoy it and I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a new desk!

A great addition to my WFH setup. I was a little skeptical at first with a few of the reviews showing damaged parts and boxes. My box had a hole on the side when it came but it’s probably from shipping. All the parts and components were 99% without any cosmetic damage. But for the price this is one of the better options IMO vs spending twice as much for a smaller desk from IKEA. Plus you get a neat little hook on the side that works great for a pair of wireless on/over ear headphones for meetings!Super sturdy desk! Definitely listen to the instructions and keep all the screws loose until fully assembled. I fully tightened each screw at the end until the metal only VERY SLIGHTLY started to form a dent around the screw head. Don’t use any power tools and use elbow grease so you don’t accidentally over-torque the screw and destroy the metal pieces since they’re hollow.Overall, I’m happy with this purchase and hopefully you will be too!

I really enjoy this desk. Assembling it was a bit tricky if you’re doing it by yourself, but it’s doable. So far, I had this desk for a month and I have no issues with it. If you want an affordable L-shaped desk, this one’s good.I didn’t install the backing on the top shelving units because I felt the desk looked better with open shelves. Also, my PC didn’t fit on the little shelf designed for PC’s. So if you have a big case like mine, you’ll just have to sit it on the floor. Make sure to measure your tower before ordering if that’s important to you.

Desk is stylish and easy to assemble / probably took two of us an hour to assemble. Wish it came with two Allen wrenches for faster assembly. Very sturdy. They provide extra parts too. My college student loves it!!

It's everything I'd of wanted for the price. I got the white model and would buy it again. Very sturdy, takes a few hours to set up but is very simple and comes with tools needed.I've used this desk daily for months now and the finish has held up great.

I bought this desk as I start my journey into online college, and I'm amazed by its quality, sturdiness, and overall value. This desk isn't going to wibble-wobble or shake given any small vibration. I've had it for a little over a month, and it shows no deteriation in quality, my only suggestion I would have is to buy corner bumps to prevent from injury because the corners are rather sharp, while rotating the desk into its final spot after assembly, I dug a chunk of drywall out as the desk hit my wall. I would highly recommend this desk if you're planning to be constantly at your desk, I tend to lean on my furniture and this seems to be no problem for the desk. It takes weight distribution well, as I have two monitors and a laptop on my desk at all times.
