Worked great!
Absolutely love this slow feeder for my St. Bernard! We started using it when she was just a puppy, and it has been a game-changer. The design is perfect for keeping her engaged while she eats, and it has significantly slowed her down during mealtime. Before we got the slow feeder, she used to gulp down her food in minutes, which often led to tummy troubles and discomfort. Now, with the obstacles built into the bowl, she has to work a little harder, and it has not only helped her digestion but also made mealtime much more enjoyable for her.The quality of the slow feeder is impressive—sturdy and easy to clean, it has held up really well despite her enthusiasm. Plus, the fun colors and patterns made feeding time more exciting for her. I highly recommend this slow feeder to anyone with a pup, especially larger breeds. It’s been a fantastic investment for her health and happiness!

Works amazingly!
Got this for our dog when she was younger because she would eat so fast she’d put. We’ve had this bowl for over a year and it’s been amazing! It works amazingly! We’ve never had an issue with it breaking, it’s slowed her eating down SO much! It’s not too deep for her but it’s just deep enough so slow her down, and it’s super easy to clean so you can put wet food in it as well!

Sturdy and lightweight.
Sturdy and lightweight. My dog is not exactly food motivated but tends to gobble food up at times. So it’s perfect to slow him down. Best part is it goes into the dishwasher!

Works pretty well
This does help my dog eat slower. Now, instead of eating all her food in 10 seconds, she finishes it in 30 haha. The ridges in the bowl keep my pup from eating mouthfuls at a time but a different pattern could slow her down more. The swirls allow her to swipe a bunch of food in one gulp but if there were many bumps, or ridges in a different pattern it would potentially slow her down a bit more.I would prefer ceramic or steel because I've heard that's more sanitary, but this is convenient and I'm able to pop it into the dishwasher when she gets it super slobbery, haha. For my dogs size, a bowl with a larger diameter would probably have been better though, (she's about 50 lbs), and I purchased the medium size. For the amount of food she gets, it can pile a bit too high for her and allows her to eat a millisecond faster.Oh-one thing to mention is if your dog uses their teeth on the bowl, it will eventually case the plastic to "fray" around the edges. (My dog kind of licks up her food from this bowl). I have another pup and she bites her food in her slow feeding bowl, (which is almost identical to this one, I think it's the same manufacturer but the ridges are different), and it does leave bite marks. If you have a biter, you might want to get a different bowl. All in all I do like this product and don't regret buying it.

The best slow feeder yet.
This dog bowl slows my mastiff down. She always tries to scarf down her food in record time. I have tried 2 other kinds and they were impossible to clean; this one is easy.,

Works perfectly
We have been using a muffin baking sheet for a few years and it has done a decent job of slowing down the gulping of dog food. I hated the noisy clatter of using the muffin tin but less than the gassy dog syndrome so we continued to use it. I am a bit of penny pincher and my husband purchased this awesome item while I was out of town and he was the one stuck feeding and cleaning the dog bowls. This feeding bowl slowed the consumption time down significantly and the clean up is hands down WAY better! Can't believe I spent so many months dealing with the clatter of metal on floor sounds with less than stellar results! I will say that at the time we started using the muffin tin tray the prices for bowls of this nature were more than double the cost they are now and that probably had more to do with my delay than questions of effectiveness. This bowl is awesome and the only possible change to improve it would be adding a grippy bottom to it ,but that may make cleaning more of a hassle than its worth. Nevermind, just leave it like it is and buy a washable feeding mat if aggressive bowl scooting drives you crazy.
