Hello, I bought a Cricut Maker 3 from your company, and unfortunately, when I received it, it was a defective product. None of the items were in the box. All the serial numbers had been erased from the device. I was able to find the serial number through the system. After talking to Cricut support, they said that we had already retired this device, but your subsidiary store sold it as a new product. This is an example of fraud and scam. Considering that this device was sent to a third country, some time has passed since then and the return date has passed. I followed up again about a month ago, but no one responded. Considering the large amount of money I spent, I ask you to properly handle it and fine that store because I was hurt both financially and professionally. It has been about a month since I was able to fulfill all my orders and I have really suffered financial losses. I ask you to either give me a new device or refund the money I paid.
