Let me ask to understand your question better. Are you wishing to know if this will fit a Massdrop 58X? Of course it will. The 58X is the Drop version of the famous beginning of Sennheiser's 600 series of wonderful headphones. The photo here shows the headband pad style of the HD600 which was my first Sennheiser purchase. The HD650 changed the pad a bit but they are interchangeable. Be advised, there are 2 little clips on the underside of the headband that need to be carefully removed in order to slide the pad in. You can actually choose either side to to remove and slide it in, you don't need to remove them both. Be careful prying them out. There are youtube videos available. I own the HD600 and 660S2. Good luck. It's not difficult. Enjoy the music!

how can i break this in, it hearts the top of my head?

Need to buckle down the card, and then slowly pull down the head beam zipper.

Excellent OEM replacement head cushion for HD600 headphone

Got this on sale...and it fit perfectly on Sennheiser HD600. Gave new life to an old audiophile grade headphone. No issues with head comfort. Would like to see Geekria's HD600 earpads options on sale too. Also, would like to see Qudelix and Fiio dac/amp's at better prices in India too. Quality product and packaging. Fast shipping. Very expensive replacement

The product is fine. It is very hard to find replacement like this for HD600 as factory product is not available. Price is very high so the price could be less.
