This shaker is great, I have quite a few and have not touched any of the others since I bought this one. The design is durable, I am several months into using it 7 days a week and it is not showing any signs of wear. The lid locking closed gives a lot of confidence in shaking the everloving heck out of whatever it is that needs to be shaken. Its never leaked on me when the lid has been screwed on properly. Its insulated, but wont keep stuff as cold as an insulated bottle does but better than a plastic non insulated shaker. My wife and I both have one and love them, worth the couple extra bucks for the metal one for sure.

Great style. Has internal measurements pressed into the cup. Lid doesn't leak. Cleans easily. Keeps cold things cold and hot things hot.

Durability is great material is just what I expected if not better. Easy clean easy use. Mix ability is great. Functions to the best quality.

I wanted a flask showing how many Ml I’m drinking and with my favorite show icon. This is great for tracking water intake as it can fit up to 750ml of water or liquids. Good for gym work and diet.

I’d give this 5 stars, however because it isn’t transparent, you have to repeatedly open the top to make sure the powder has been completely mixed in. It DOES keep it exceptionally cold tho.
