I just purchased the S Pen Fold Edition pen for my Z Fold 3 & Im so excited that it works!! I went to a local retailer first and they sold me an S Pen For Ultra 21s telling me it would also work on my Z Fold 3. Well it wouldn't work. So I exchanged it & was told I should get the S Pen Pro. So I purchased that & when it came it was way too big & bulky for my Z Fold 3 , but it did work. I ended up returning it as it was too big to attach to my Z Fold 3 phone case. Went to my phone provider who told me my problem was that I needed an S Pen Fold for my Z Fold 3. They suggested I go on Amazon And they had it, in stock & I had it a few hours later the same day. And on top of that it works!!! Thank you Amazon... so if you have a Z Fold 3 you need tbe S Pen Fold addition... that will work & fit your phone.

Recently bought a phone case that has a built in S pen holder and decided to buy the S pen. After opening the package it was ready to use out of the box and set up was super easy. The pen connected and on the first tap gave a brief introduction and information on useable features.Pen functions include: Creating notes, smart select (webpage cropping), screen write (screen snapshot and having the ability to create notes on the photo), live messages, AR Doodle, and translate are just some of the possible functions.One thing to consider is, unless your phone case has a built in s pen holder, it might become burdensome to carry the pen around in your pocket. I would also worry I might accidently lose it or misplace the pen if it weren't for the phone case.Overall, i'm very happy with this purchase, and would recommend it.

Samsung always makes quality products. After trying numerous off brand styluses (styli?) I can finally use my Fold 5 to its full potential. Since the S Pen Pro was discontinued, I have been trying to cheap out by trying off-brand styluses and other input devices. This is the one case where OE counts.

I gave my review based off of my feelings on the pen vs the other S-Pen versions. However, please keep in mind that the Fold phones do require certain editions and don't really have any other competition (size and compatibility do matter for the Fold). That being said, Samsung has really gotten down a great stylus for its products and this is no different. It has great response time and accuracy when writing on the unfolded screen and doesn't need to be charged. It has the same button function that you can customize on your phone and really is a great accessory for the Fold.I only knocked off a star because the pen doesn't work on the outer screen, isn't particularly easy to hold due to narrowness and size (I understand why), and just is not as comfortable as the other versions. I also noticed that the nib/pen tip does seem to get worn down faster than other versions also.

If you play phone games this makes it MUCH more comfortable. If you have a child that likes to draw and you have a big phone like the galaxu fold this is perfect! I got this pen a while ago and it's still going strong! I have a few very minor problems with the precision but I did NOT get the Spen pro (for like $80) so you lay for what you get and honestly I don't think spending more money would've been worth it. This pen does what I need it to do, I never used the air gesters anyway when I had the note. All in all its perfect for me and my needs which is scrolling fb, merge dragons & candy crush and other simply things

If you thought this would solve all your life problems then you are probably looking at the wrong thing. However, it does do the job you would think it does. Works great with my Galaxy Z fold 4. Came with extra little tips and a tool to swap them that I now have to find somewhere to keep track of. Feels good in the hand and is very responsive on the screen. Would recommend

It is way too expensive. Next year the stylus may be built in the phone but may not be a comfortable size like the ones that came with the Samsung Galaxy Note products. I feel that Samsung can afford to make a universal stylus instead of charging us way to much for one. Then to top it off it is black and even with the worthless pouch it still makes it easy to lose the pouch and stylus. If you want a bigger stylus it should not cost so much because it probably can't be made to fit in the next Fold phone Samsung may come out with. It is always my luck. I buy a phone and of course it comes with an extra feature like a stylus that fits in it.

It's even better than what I thought!
